We cultivate organic two-row barley (variety Concerto) in our owned fields, which is then malted in Italy by the cooperative of barley producers we are part of. A small percentage of organic wheat and fresh organic bergamot peels are added to the barley malt, giving this beer great freshness and drinkability.
This freshness is enhanced by the use of some American hops that we grow in our hop garden located at 800 m/asl in Val di Cembra.

It is a very pale lager with great drinkability, characterized by a delicate hopping and a slightly bitter finish that balances strongly with the malty component.

Deep yellow in color, this beer presents itself with a very delicate haze and a fine, white foam with good persistence. Its delicate aromas are an example of balance between fruity, herbal, and malty notes, giving it an inviting aroma due to its lightness. When drinking Nazionale, it reveals itself as a small masterpiece of interplay between individual taste elements.

Its notes of chamomile and citrus, balanced with the delicate bitterness of Italian hops - harvested from hop fields owned and directly cultivated by Birrificio Baladin - make it simply complex. A clean and drinkable beer that certainly satisfies the palate of those who wish to drink well without any ifs or buts.

New low fermentation beer inspired by German styles that combines drinkability
and flavor. Light and with a fine, compact foam, it releases
notes of raw grain, white flowers, and honey on the nose, which can also be found
in the mouth. The body is soft and smooth, completed
by a slightly bitter finish that invites you to drink.

Light wheat beer with a slender body and a low alcohol content, characterized by Belgian yeast, which gives it spicy and slightly phenolic notes. The addition of coriander and orange peel makes it a pleasantly refreshing beer, particularly suitable for warmer temperatures.

Complex beer, with a warm and intense heart, the deep golden color reveals malty aromas, honey, orange marmalade, candied fruit, and yellow fruit. Soft and enveloping on the palate, it finishes with a dry aftertaste that balances its structure and alcohol content.
