Sangiovese, Merlot
The Rosato Elba Doc 2022 is obtained from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the clayey-ferrous soils of the estate.
The contact of the must with the skins lasts for a minimum of 12 hours. This is followed by soft pressing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature.
The result is a wine with a cerasuolo pink color and garnet reflections. The bouquet has notes of English candy, wild strawberries, and raspberry.
Balanced, fresh, with good persistence and a slight tannicity on the finish.

Brindisi D.o.p.
The Flaminio Negroamaro rosé Brindisi DOP is a wine that is the result of the history and culture of Salento winemaking, and it is one of the flagship products of Agricole Vallone. It is produced from Negroamaro grapes grown on the Flaminio estate owned by the company.
The harvest takes place in the first decade of September with a manual collection of the grapes. The grapes are then destemmed and subjected to a soft pressing, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 20 days. The wine completes its processing with aging on fine lees for three months. Finally, it matures after aging in steel for three to five months. Once stabilized with cold precipitation and microfiltration, the wine is finally bottled.
Flaminio rosé presents a beautiful coral pink color, bright. The aromas are intense and persistent, characterized by delicate floral notes, pronounced and elegant hints of red fruits, and citrus nuances. The taste is delicate, harmonious, captivating, well-structured, with remarkable taste-olfactory persistence.

€ 42.00
Salento I.G.P. Primitivo 13.5 %
The wine symbol of the sixtieth anniversary of Cantine San Marzano, a limited edition rosé for the summer of 2022, sixty years after that June of 1962 when 19 winemakers decided to carry on their cooperative project.
An important milestone that the iconic wine of the company, Sessantanni Primitivo di Manduria DOP, bears the name of and that this homonymous Rosé wants to celebrate.
On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of red fruits where crunchy cherry predominates, enveloped by a sweeter fruity note reminiscent of ripe figs.
On the palate, it shows a certain structure and roundness. Saltiness and freshness provide balance to the full and persistent sip.
