Organic peeled tomatoes Gustarosso follow the entire organic farming process. Our organic tomato fields are in Southern Italy, in Puglia. The tomato is harvested, peeled, and canned together with organic tomato juice.

The round hill tomato, what the English like to call Cherry tomato, is probably the most used in kitchens around the world. Very versatile, it is suitable for practically every preparation of sauce, dressing, or as a side dish. The round tomatoes from Gustarosso come from all the member growers of Southern Italy.

Recommended preparations: round tomatoes stuffed with ricotta and salami; savory tart with round tomatoes; tomato and vegetable bruschetta.

The Lucariello yellow tomato is a natural hybrid between the cherry tomato varieties of the Agro-Sarnese Nocerino area and the piennolo cherry tomato variety from Vesuvius. It is cultivated in the Agro-Sarnese Nocerino region.

Yellow like the sun, it has a thick skin and particularly firm pulp. Also defined as a “traditional food product” by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies; the Ministry, together with the Regions, has activated the necessary tools to safeguard these products as expressions of the traditions and culture of our land.

Recommended preparations: sea bream in acquapazza style with Lucariello yellow cherry tomatoes; scialatielli with seafood and Lucariello yellow cherry tomatoes; Apulian focaccia with mixed cherry tomatoes and Lucariello.
