COLOR: Emerald Green.
AROMA: Fruity of fresh olives.
FLAVOR: Characteristic of fresh and fragrant olives, with a decisive body and pleasantly spicy.
DENSITY: Medium.
PAIRING: Raw on all dishes with pronounced flavors, also perfect on bruschetta, salads, red meats, grilled meats and vegetables, boiled dishes, and legume soups. For cooking, it is used for preparing sauces and frying.
