Buio Pesto is our mountain Porter.
A beer characterised by the use of our raw materials, roasted malts, and coffee from the Giamaica roasting house in Verona.
It is an extremely dark high-fermentation beer that features evident notes of coffee and subtle chocolate finishes.
The low alcohol content makes it a highly drinkable product with a dry and clean finish, ideal for a champion's breakfast.

Intrepid is our mountain Golden Ale.

We cultivate organic two-row barley (variety Concerto) in our own fields, which is then malted in Italy by the cooperative of barley producers of which we are a part. A small percentage of organic wheat and fresh organic bergamot peels are added to the barley malt, giving this beer great freshness and drinkability.
This freshness is enhanced by the use of some American hops that we grow in our hop garden located at 800 m above sea level in Val di Cembra.

Stranger Pils is our mountain Pilsner.

It is a very pale lager with great drinkability, characterised by a delicate hop profile and a slightly bitter finish that balances strongly with the malty component.

With an intense yellow colour, this beer presents a very delicate haze and a fine white foam with good persistence. Its delicate aromas are an example of balance between fruity, herbal, and malty notes, giving it an inviting aroma due to its lightness. When drinking Nazionale, it reveals itself as a small masterpiece of interplay between the individual taste elements.

Its notes of chamomile and citrus, balanced with the delicate bitterness of Italian hops - harvested from the brewery's own hop fields and directly cultivated by Birrificio Baladin - make it simply complex. A clean and drinkable beer that certainly satisfies the palate of those who wish to drink well without any ifs or buts.

New low fermentation inspired by German styles that combines drinkability
and flavour. Light and with a fine, compact foam, it releases
notes of raw cereal, white flowers, and honey on the nose, which can also be found
in the mouth. The body is soft and smooth, finished
with a slightly bitter aftertaste that invites you to drink.

Light wheat beer with a slender body and a low alcohol content, characterised by Belgian yeast, which gives it spicy and slightly phenolic notes. The addition of coriander and orange peel makes it a pleasantly refreshing beer, particularly suitable for warmer temperatures.

Complex beer, with a warm and intense heart, the deep golden colour reveals malty aromas, honey, orange marmalade, candied fruit and yellow fruit. Soft and enveloping on the palate, it finishes with a dry aftertaste that balances its structure and alcohol content.
