Bohemian pilsner is one of the traditional beers of the German and Czech brewing schools. As Canediguerra's version is inspired by the Bohemian originals, the hop bill uses the classic Saaz, here also used for dry hopping. The beer is then cold-lagered for a long period, in the finest tradition of Central European bottom-fermented beers. Poured into a pilsner flute, it has a pale golden colour. The nose faithfully reflects the principles of the Bohemian-style Bohemian Pilsner. On the palate, it has a malty attack reminiscent of cereals and bread crust, leading into the delicate herbal bitter finish typical of the style.

An old popular English style that has unfortunately become rare these days, Brown Porter is a dark beer that owes its name to the use of the eponymous Brown malt which, in addition to its colour, gives it the delicate notes of coffee and cocoa. Also thanks to its low alcohol content, it is a surprisingly easy-drinking beer.

Golden Ale style. Golden yellow in colour, with a fine, persistent head. Its aroma is herbal and refreshing, with a light body. Its delicately malty taste gives way to a pleasant bitterness on the finish. An excellent companion for any occasion.

With an intense yellow colour, this beer presents a very delicate haze and a fine white foam with good persistence. Its delicate aromas are an example of balance between fruity, herbal, and malty notes, giving it an inviting aroma due to its lightness. When drinking Nazionale, it reveals itself as a small masterpiece of interplay between the individual taste elements.

Its notes of chamomile and citrus, balanced with the delicate bitterness of Italian hops - harvested from the brewery's own hop fields and directly cultivated by Birrificio Baladin - make it simply complex. A clean and drinkable beer that certainly satisfies the palate of those who wish to drink well without any ifs or buts.

Light wheat beer with a slender body and a low alcohol content, characterised by Belgian yeast, which gives it spicy and slightly phenolic notes. The addition of coriander and orange peel makes it a pleasantly refreshing beer, particularly suitable for warmer temperatures.

Complex beer, with a warm and intense heart, the deep golden colour reveals malty aromas, honey, orange marmalade, candied fruit and yellow fruit. Soft and enveloping on the palate, it finishes with a dry aftertaste that balances its structure and alcohol content.

HOPPY LAGER ALCHOOL FREE

An Anglo-Saxon beer with an amber colour, characterised by the pronounced fruity and resinous aroma typical of North American hops used both at different stages of brewing and during dry-hopping. The high level of bitterness, balanced by a slightly malty body, does not compromise a certain freshness on the palate.

A sour wheat beer with a centuries-old tradition, the Berlin speciality has at times risked disappearing over the years, only to come back into fashion thanks to the recent craft beer movement. Straw-yellow in colour, with moderate acidity and an elegant, light body, the version we offer has a distinctive cereal and spice flavour.
