Shining straw yellow in colour. An intensely layered bouquet of yellow peach, apricot, grapefruit, mandarin, honeysuckle, and lemongrass. Spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, the sip is savoury, soft, slender, light, gentle, and crystalline. Excellent acidity provides a persistent freshness throughout the oral cavity. The finish is long and stabilises on fruity and floral tones.
